The sugar content:

content of fructose can develop liver problems similar to those of

alcoholics.

of calcium and enamel of the teeth (yellowing and deterioration).

poor nutrition.

2) If taken with meals those calories cause obesity.

cadmium and various pollutants.

Aspartame: a lethal toxin.

1) The sugar-free sodas contain: artificial sweeteners (such as

aspartame, considered to be a potent neurotoxin and endocrine

disruptor). The side effects of its abuse are: brain tumors, birth

defects, diabetes, emotional disorders and epilepsy, etc..

Why eat junk?

The consumption of carbonated soft drinks is due to lack of awareness.

In the U.S. adult population and about one third of children are overweight.

A modern lifestyle incorrectly includes a high consumption of carbonated

soft drinks and this contributes to early onset of diseases such as

diabetes, heart disease, cancer, etc..To quench your thirst it's better to drink a glass of water or milk or

juice.

Good nutrition.
